Quality Assurance

Warner & Associates have successfully integrated a Quality Assurance system with the assistance of Harris Management Group to meet the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001:2000

We now have a Management System  in place, controlling the following practices:

  • Training in professional development.
  • Internal procedures and work standards.
  • Code of Conduct.
  • Code of Ethics.
  • Standard Reports.

Our Fraud/Factual and Surveillance Investigators must abide by our Investigation and Surveillance Standards.

These standards, including the Code of Practice, are
accepted by Insurance Companies, Governments and large employer groups.

Standards encompass a Code of Conduct which
reflects the requirement for fair treatment, dignity and respect, impartiality, honesty, confidentiality, quality of service and lawful activities.
